After a slightly more than cursory look at this video, you have to figure it is faked. That wrecking ball would have crushed the van, not just knocked it over.
So what is it? It must be some sort of viral video marketing ploy. It has over 500,000 views so far. But to what end?

Still not smoking, just “vaping”
Neither of us has had a cigarette in more than a month. Now working down the nicotine dose. We are taking in about half the amount of nicotine we did when we were smoking “analogs” (cigarettes) and heading south.
The technology is fun, too. All kinds of little widgets and accessories to play with. There are 50 different flavors from “Cuban Cigar” to “Red Bull”. Wendy loves the chocolate.
If you are considering quitting, but want a soft landing, I highly recommend this.
